SEO Contest Rule Has Changed

If you’re one of the SEO contest’s participants, please be aware that the contest rule has been changed. Please go to the contest official website to check the detail. I don’t take any part of the contest but I feel sorry for the suspension of at least 60% of the participant’s blogs on WordPress.
is it possible they get back their account?
I’m not sure about the contestant’s blogs, but for non-contestant’s blogs which also got suspended, I believe they can ask Matt to re-activate their blogs. I’m not sure myself why Matt also suspended those innocent blogs. As you can see, this blog contains “ngadutrafik” keyword as well, and it’s not suspended (not that I want to
