Avatar Doesn’t Work?

I’m trying to change my avatar for WordPress.com but it doesn’t seem to work. The upload process run just fine, but the avatar next to my comments are still the same. Anyone know how long I should wait before I can see my new avatar in action?

PS: I get the avatars from here.
